Chris brings 30 years of Organization Development experience in Global Fortune 500 companies in R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing & Supply, and Global Support Functions. Embedded in each dimension of businesses, Chris spent several years gaining deep knowledge in business divisions and functions, end to end processes, and cross organizational interactions all the while developing a holistic and integrated perspective and approach to the work. 

Chris focuses on mobilizing organizations and leadership to achieve business results by focusing on multiple aspects of developing organizations.  As an organizational architect she systemically designs operating models and org designs that deliver the ability to execute on strategy.

Prior to founding OrgMomentum in 2016, Chris worked as an internal OD consultant in companies such as Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, and Quest Diagnostics spanning multiple business divisions.  She leverages this business knowledge coupled with her expertise in Organization Development across industries to increase the effectiveness of businesses, executive leaders, and teams in practical and meaningful ways.
